『イタリアの歴史を巡る食の旅』第3弾「ジュゼッペ ヴェルディ」が、9月17日（火）からスタート！
38階のイタリアンダイニング「ケシキ」では、歴史上の人物と食を結びつけ、イタリアの食文化を紐解く期間限定メニューの第3弾「ジュゼッペ ヴェルディ」が9月17日（火）からスタートいたします。『椿姫』、『アイーダ』などの歌劇で知られるジュゼッペ ヴェルディの生まれたエミリアロマーニャ州パルマは世界でもっとも有名なチーズ、パルミジャーノが生まれた地でもあります。今回は「小さなラビオリを浮かべたチキンコンソメ」や「小鳩のミートボールのラグーとパルミジャーノリゾットのオーブン焼き」など、あまり知られていないエミリアロマーニャの郷土料理をお愉しみください。

At the 38th floor of the Italian dining " K'shiki", the third edition of Italian Historical Journey, "Giuseppe Verdi" of the time-limited menu that unravels the food culture of Italy by linking historical persons and food is starting from 17 September. Savour little-known local specialities of Emilia-Romagna State such as Consommé Soup with Small Ravioli, and Ragout of Meatballs of Pigeons, and oven-baked Parmigiano Reggiano.
