The Pig and The Lady is a modern Vietnamese restaurant located in Chinatown (shoutout to everyone who has recommended it to us). Everything we tried was so flavorful and delicious. Here’s the rundown: . . . PHO CHAY (Slide 1): a vegan pho with enoki mushrooms and cherry tomato confit. 🤯 MOM’S PATE CHAUD (Slide 2): a baked savory meat pastry, crusted with sugar and sea salt served with pork liver pate and picketed jalapeños. DAD’S TOAST (Slide 3): sardines braised with portuguese sausage in tomato sauce, chives and served with a grilled baguette. SWEET CORN & SUMMER TRUFFLE VIETNAMESE “PIZZA” (Slide 4): grilled rice paper w/ egg, mushroom, truffle pate, and parmesan. LE FRIED CHICKEN (Slide 5): Twice fried! 🤤 COCA COLA SORBET AND CHERRY CUSTARD (Slide 6) LILIKOI MALASADAS (Slide 7): filled with lilikoi cream/lilikoi caramel, served with fresh mango, and black sesame ice cream. . .
