I see many people quitting their fitness routine because they don’t see results as fast as they want to. Let me tell you something.. because this might help you!💕 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
First of all it takes a lot of food to grow muscle, if you don’t eat enough or too much, you might not see results. Second, it takes a consistent overload on your muscle to grow. Meaning you need to up weights or intensity to challenge your body enough so it assumes you need more muscle. Third, have freaking patience and be consistent. If you don’t have both it’s not gonna work- I’m not gonna lie to you and just but be straight to the point. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

• Consistency means: going to the gym or working out in general every other day, not once in two weeks- I go 4 days a week and don’t skip anything. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• Patience means, it’s not gonna happen in a day, not in a week. Maybe in 6 weeks you’re gonna see a big difference. In 1/2 years you see a huge difference. And if you fail, get back up and try again. We’ve all been the these phases but we just started earlier and now I show the result on social media. Nothing different than you! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
