I put a lot of pressure on myself for the British Champs and it was no joke 🥵😅 If I’m honest, I wasn’t in the best race shape. I lost a bit of momentum after the Anniversary Games in July, with a small injury I had and I pretty much had to train through the champs, which wasn’t ideal, so I wasn’t sure how my body (and mind) was going to hold up. This moment was just pure relief, I was just so happy to have come through with an automatic qualification for Doha!
