A lot of times, we don't know what will come our way or why it happens. But one thing is for sure...it's forever changing. In my experiences we all go through good and bad times, highs and lows. Sometimes the bad times are really rough and it seems like there is no hope. But somehow...it's necessary for us. Recently, it's been a struggle for me. And I'm trying to remind myself that where I'm at is perfect. This is for me, for my good; even if I can't see or understand it. I've learned that it's okay to breakdown. It's okay to be a mess. Those moments of weakness can be a step towards growth. So welcome it. Embrace the challenges. Embrace the doubts. Embrace the fears. Use it to guide you. Allow it to make you step outside of your comfort zones. That is your calling and where you're meant to be. There is so much I'm feeling right now and I hope to take this time to keep learning. I want to encourage all of you who are struggling with your self doubt, self worth, and self image, to keep going. Allow yourself to feel what you feel. Process your emotions and fight through the negative ones. Find the light within you. There's no right or wrong as long as we learn and grow, and live with love. You are not alone in this journey!
