ashleona13 I also hesitate going back to Ulta. I wasn’t dressed up when I stopped in first time and boy was it hard hard getting any service. They finally said if I wouldn’t spend $45 foundation to just go to a drugstore. I was there with zero budget, could buy whatever I wanted, and that ruined it. They didn’t latch me for any colors, and they didn’t help me either. My next time I was calling as I’d accidentally returned two brands of brushes in the same package. I asked if I could get the others back or even get store credit to buy them again (a whopping $10) and they said they’d speak with management and give me a call right back. That was two months ago. So I’ve taken my business to Beautylish, Jeffree Star COSMETICS, and Morphe. They treat customers right.

missmelaniemouse I've had horrible customer service and have called and emailed twice and no one cares about providing any sort adequate customer experience. I've spent a LOT of money at Ulta! I've made Diamond status twice this year and I have the Ulta credit card! I will never shop at Ulta again due to your lack of customer service!
