I hope you’ll invest into you’re stores to have all locations to have handicap equipped doors like Kohl’s has. If you don’t know what it looks like. Try going to one. It’s back to the drawing board with the layout of you’re stores. Because it’s not in ADA compliance. I’ve worked in retail for over 10 years to know. What I’m talking about. The action ally’s need to be streamlined to accommodate wheelchairs and it’s not 36 inches apart from the merchandise to the end cap of a fixture. You’re going to have to figure out what us really selling and what’s not. You’re gonna have to cut out the areas not selling well for this. If not. I do see dead areas of the store where you can condense merchandise to that area. It will sell.

There have been many lawsuits about retail stores not being compliance with ADA, get it right @ultabeauty or a lawsuit will be coming your way. I’m a mother of a son whose wheelchair bound, he has special needs and I can’t take him into that store with me,because I’ll end up knocking down all the aisles with his chair. Ulta is notorious for being nasty to those who are different,I experienced discrimination and prejudice at a store local in my area. I’m so sorry that Ulta is not catering or whatever to those who REALLY need, you are the true VIPS

@ultabeauty Instead of saying you care and know you can do better, DO better. Just because you say you can do better doesn't mean you are. Try to make the layout more open to accommodate people in wheel chairs. Make strict guildlines and consequences to people who discriminate in your stores. Add ramps to stores where stairs are needed. Try to accommodate us, the disabled people who come into your stores and offer you buisness. Just because you can do better doesn't mean you are.

I believe you’re trying to make every store in the country accessible for everyone, but I also believe it isn’t as simple as snapping your fingers and make every single store perfect! Idk 🤦🏽♀️ it takes time. I really wish we could all go and enjoy the store in a near future 💕 but meanwhile we should be patient and kind. The person who runs this account isn’t the owner or responsible for the employees actions 🙌🏼

It’s a wonderful idea but the implementation is going to be tough what with the narrow aisles and the additional displays in the middle of the main aisles. I would also recommend that you do better with stock and cleanliness. The testers are disgusting or completely missing, the displays are filthy and of the four stores within an hour of me, not a one has decent customer service. Very disappointing. ☹️

I am temporarily in a wheelchair and I went into a store a few days ago and trying to open the door was impossible to do on my own. Thankfully my husband was with me but him opening the door and try to get me in was difficult. The aisles were nearly impossible to go down, too crowded. It made me not want to shop and we left. I felt like the workers looked down on me for even trying to shop.
