I have been on many many cruises and have not been or gotten sick from any. I make sure to use the hand sanitizer extremely often and even carry my own. I also dont drink any water unless its bottled water. Cruising is fun and I'm going again in December..

I've been on numerous cruises around the world, and not once have I have become sick..Cruise lines are meticulous when it comes to keeping things clean, and germ free. The passengers are the ones who don't wash their hands.
