We have our suitcases at @villageparkofficial having Nasi Lemak Ayam Goreng before heading to the airport ✈️ Nasi Lemak means “fatty rice” as it’s cooked in coconut milk and is very fragrant. It’s comes with a spicy sambal sauce with ikan bilis, a small dried fish and ours with a side of ayam goreng, fried chicken! Add a frozen Milo slushie to that and you’ve got a perfect goodbye! Nasi Lemak is mostly eaten for breakfast but places like Village Park serve it all day. It’s so iconic I even had a recipe in my first book! Thanks again Malaysia and Singapore last week!
