⬇️DIRECTIONS⬇️
(I seared in cast iron and finished in butter)(which is great, but my recipe below will be an easier version that’s fully cooked in oven.)

INGREDIENTS
🔥1 pound - ground chicken or turkey
🔥1 - egg
🔥1/2 cup - panko breadcrumbs
🔥1/2 cup - chopped spinach / fresh
🔥1/2 cup - grated Parmesan cheese
🔥2 tablespoons - olive oil
🔥1 tablespoon - @Flavorgod Seasonings garlic lovers
🔥1/2 teaspoon - #flavorgod Himalayan salt /add more to taste

INSTRUCTIONS for baking:
☄️Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
☄️Lightly rub layer of oil onto pan so Meatballs don’t stick.
☄️Mix all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
☄️Roll the mixture into about 30 small balls.
☄️Place on baking sheet.
☄️Bake for 25-30 minutes.
