Ingredients:
Omelet:
4 fresh eggs
@5280meat Breakfast Sausage (cooked)
@Flavorgod Seasonings Chipotle Seasoning
1T ghee butter
2T Milk
Tomato
Onion
Spinach
Green pepper
½ c. Mozzarella Cheese

Sweet Potatoes:
2 c. cubed sweet potatoes

1T ghee butter

Directions:
Omelet:
In a small bowl, whisk eggs, Chipotle Seasoning and milk together. Next, in a small pan melt your ghee, pour in eggs and cook on medium heat until edges begin to cook. On one half of the pan add your veggies, cheese and breakfast sausage. Using a spatula, gently fold over one half of the omelet and cook until cheese is melted and eggs are no longer runny.

Potatoes:
In a pan, melt ghee and add in cubed potatoes. Cook on medium-high heat for approximately 7-8 minutes or until potatoes are cooked to your desired tenderness. Season with Chipotle and serve with your omelet.
