Here’s a little #MindefulnessMonday Wisdom: The worst thing about people who pass judgment on others is that they tend to act morally superior, as if they're in a position to judge the actions or lives of other people. Life is sometimes messy, and you never really understand why certain things happen. But 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘯 𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘦 𝘩𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘦𝘯𝘴 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘢 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘰𝘯, and it’s important to consider other people’s views and opinions without reacting with your own biases. I always try to be mindful of my thoughts and emotional constitution. Keeping an open mind is a great way to truly find, accept, and love yourself as well as all that life has to offer. I am living the life I want and doing the things I need to be happy. 💖

Beautiful words. No one is in a position to judge anyone else. We all walk our own path. Open mindedness and love makes the world a better place. I’m also a big believer that everything happens for a reason. And those reasons are not always immediately understood. Way to take charge of your own happiness. I have started taking time to enjoy life and it makes all the difference. I am doing it right now on the deck by the pool with my mom and a friend. Bliss. Also, that jacket is everything 🔮😻

So true @lydiahearst. Sometimes easy and sometimes difficult when we fall back into old habits or judgements. I am trying to keep an open mind and trying to keep positive, getting a lot of help from my @the_positive_planner (which I’m loving, just started week 3 of 12). BTW very pretty pics 💜

I'm on the fence if I believe all things happen for a reason. But I do believe all things provide an opportunity for growth, and having an open mind and open heart puts each of us in the best position to make the most of those opportunities. Also, these 🧥 are 🔥!
