Love your energy!! Just 1 little concern... Make sure when you’re doing crunches that you pick a point on the ceiling and lift with your abs. You don’t want to pull with your arms and lift your neck because you can injure or strain your neck and upper back.

Love it! You should make some YouTube videos of your workouts. A fun tip I learned, when lying on your back doing abs, don’t let your lower back come off the mat, always press it into the mat. Really helps to engage the lower abs!!! ❤️
