michelle_michellesy Regretted making a furla purchase. Poor quality and bad service after my strap broke off during shopping. When I brought to the Furla shop I was shocked when they told me that it will take one month to repair when it’s only an hour’s job when the repair shop is in the same building. They even suggested that I bring the strap to the repair shop if I did not want to wait one month. Ridiculous.
