"I came across this massive male Tahr on Kloof Corner Ridge whilst hiking up to the summit. I quickly grabbed my camera and captured a few shots of him before he jumped off into the vegetation. I used a polarizing filter to enhance the blues in the sky and to boost the contrast and saturation, it’s one filter I never shoot without and that cannot be reproduced in post production.
As a rule of thumb, when shooting handheld with your camera, your shutter speed should match or exceed the lens focal length. In other words if you are wanting a super sharp, shake free shot using a 300mm lens which I used in this case, you want to shoot no slower than 1/300th second exposure." - @brendon_wainwright
