laucoss The body shaming has to stop. Some people are naturally thin (like me), or do the work to be healthy and don’t fit the fast food, unhealthy habits type of body USA is used to seeing. I am a vegetarian. It’s my choice. I do it without sacrifice. It’s not even difficult for me because I do it for reasons that make me feel good inside. I usually get “are you ok?”, “are you eating?” , “are you depressed?”, “what type of things do you eat?”, “is it your metabolism or what?” I have never been healthier in my 33 years of life: Physically and mentally. But I usually get these from 30+ 40+ 50+ year olds that are over weight, obese, with high blood pressure, diabetes, and heart conditions 🤔. If you are envious, I DO understand because society shows girls to compete with each other AND the truth is being thin is easier for some of us than for others. That does not mean we have a health issue. If you just want to be an asshole, you do comments like: “burger?”, “eat something for your kids”. THAT IS NOT SHOWING EITHER CONCERN OR TRUE COMPASSION. You are body shaming and being a bully. Let’s learn about healthy living and let your “concerns” and body shaming be redirected to you.
