I know we are all doing our THANK YOU posts right now but the thing is, we wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for our team. Also the team makes it worth it.. win or not I wouldn’t want to do it if I didn’t get to share it with the people I love

💉💉no doubt. Not possible to put on that much muscle with that testosterone level as a female at that age. That’s what cost you, too much concentration on strength and not enough on metabolic conditioning which is the most important according to CrossFit games.com
