Deciding what to cook next, this cook book is great the first recipe is phyllo pastry chicken parcels which are really easy. It gives a recipe to cook the chicken from scratch but the truth is I cheat and use a pre cooked chicken. It’s probably better make it from scratch but sometimes that makes it too time consuming.
