Tried #Bikram #yoga for the first time. Very very hot room. 90 minutes. 26 poses. Astoundingly sweaty. It felt good. Cleansing. Exhausting. #sayyestochange #maybe #thisisyourbrainonbikram

veganyogilinda @yep_you.found.me if you truly are a yogi I think practicing your yamas might be in order as your comments are very unyogalike. There are many ways to practice yoga. Yes they are not all the original style, but just as there are many forms of dance or sport. We as a human race continue to learn and grow and evolve. The newer western styles may not be to your liking, but it doesn’t make them wrong, just different.......like people. Peace and live be with you!❤️ Namaste🙏🏻

littlekcs Ppl are WAAAYYY too sensitive these days. If the yoga studio that you went to still calls the class Bikram then that’s on them, you just tried something new and wanted to share your experience. Nicely done... hot yoga is a challenge!

mnki__ Omg chill. Yes we do yoga as a sport and you as almost a religion but for sure as a lifestyle. And that is that. No need to do it as you do. Maybe it’s our fault because we call it yoga. We should call it something else.

veronicajomoreno First time I did bikram I said I felt like I was going to die and then felt really good. Now I go twice a week and feel renewed each time.. and I HATE being hot 🤣
