A #UBER realmente não respeita seus clientes e motoristas #ParceirosUber!
No site oficial da empresa, diz que o Espaço Uber do Barreiro em Belo Horizonte (Brasil) estaria aberta nos finais de semana.
Pois bem, viajo 110km para estar lá e resolver um problema que há mais de duas semanas se delonga e eu sequer sem saber o motivo de minha conta como motorista ter sido cancelada em apenas 2 dias e meio de trabalho e de quebra não me repassaram meus ganhos, chego ao local e tudo fechado!
Gasto gasolina, pedágio, tempo e ainda chego no local e está fechado, sendo que me organizei, preparei meu dia para poder fazer tudo conforme a orientação do site da #Uber, mas a desorganização de uma empresa que sequer tem um call center para atender aos seus parceiros, pois pelo app do motorista, só se responde com respostas prontas e iguais para todos de forma generalizada e sem fundamentação teórica e clara do que se está perguntando. Ah... E outra, o possível atendente ainda assina a mensagem de resposta do App com apelido (Thatá)!!!

Ps.: Duvido que as páginas #UBER ou #PARCEIROSUBER respondam esse post sem as respostas prontas de sempre, de forma clara e objetiva me assegurando o direito de defesa, até porque enquanto não se prova a culpabilidade ou dolo de alguém, todos são inocentes!

Iniciar esta discusión con la frase: La paciencia es una virtud, Seria una de las tantas perdidas de tiempo que se le sumaría a la mierda de servicio que ustedes brindan y ofrecen a los socios conductores Uber de la República Dominicana.
De haber sabido que el soporte, las atenciones y el manejo que ustedes brindan es tan vergonzoso. No me hubiera detenido ni siquiera a pensar; querer formar parte de su compañía.
Es inaceptable la falta de respeto que ustedes desprenden hacia quienes desean formar parte en su compañía como socios. Que por supuestamente un problema de verificación de antecedentes no penales de “siendo yo incluso miembro de un organismo de seguridad en mi país”, ustedes duren tanto tiempo sin tan siquiera brindar una respuesta.
Me he atrevido a escribirles en varias ocasiones, he perdido dinero y sobre todo tiempo. Y todo es para que? Para sólo experimental el sabor amargo de una compañía llena de incompetentes que no saben dar la cara ni muestran ni es mas mínimo respeto por sus socios conductores “durante más de 1 mes sin respuestas conclusas”. Ya NO me interesa pertenecer a su asqueada plataforma, sistema o servicio tal cual califico en escala del 1 al 10 con un 0, sin temor a equivocarme.

I #DROVE for #Uber until I said enough is enough! Long story short: I was hit head on by a kid playing with his cell phone & my spine was damaged rendering me unable to return to a full-time career.

So once I bought my new truck (after my insurance covered everything because he was SEVERELY underinsured!)...a $64k 2019 Ram LIMITED, Black Diamond on Black PREMIUM Leather...loaded to the hilt with luxuries even lux vehicle’s don’t have...Uber refuses to add #UberBlack, #UberLux or #UberSUV to the #LehighValley of #Pennsylvania! They want to pay me (a man that wore a $900 suit & tie, gave free waters, snacks, phone charging, free use of WiFi, etc. etc.) ...want to pay me the same as a driver with a $9,000 car, with fabric seats and that is filthy inside and out.

Where is the justification there #UberSupport ?!?! I will #NEVER drive for Uber again until you add #UberPremium #RideShare to the #LV in #PA!!

Good afternoon my name is Felix Santiago and I write to him for the reason that they left me without the support of my family, at the end of the month I will have to go to live in the street with my 4 children including a 10 month old baby because after From 1 year you decide to leave me without work, others this point out that in that year I had no complaints, my score has always been high, in more than 2,000 trips what I have is 1 star the rest is between 5 and 4 stars and not it would be fair that for mistakes that I made in the past the last one for more than 5 years I don't have the privilege of rectifying my life. Apart from that in the state of New York they cannot discriminate against you, much less if they are not serious crimes like mine. Thank you for your attention and I hope you will consider me.

ME ESTAFARON CON LA BICI JUMP!
No recomiendo el uso de la Bici Jump - no avisa que hay “areas designadas de servicio” - no te da el total a pagar hasta que cierras la sesion y bloqueas la bici - asi que me encajo 500 pesos de cargo extra por estacionar en area “fuera de servicio” (estoy en el centro de CDMX - monton de bicis y patines alrededor)la app no da opciones, ni ayuda, al tratar de solucionar el problema me inocoo otra sesion! Y me volvio a cobrar 500 pesos extras!
No hay mamera de solucionarlo! No hay manera de comunicarae con UBER por ningun lado, la app no siquiera miestra minpaseo en biciclet por ningun lado! Solo los viajes en auto

UBER PRO was just a smoke screen to make drivers think they're appreciated while they change the Promotions/Quests to save money. The Quests in Chicago are so bad this year it's a slap in the face. Here's an example: last year this week in August my Quest was 30 rides for $55 or 55 rides an additional $55 (55 rides $110). This week now it's 30 trips for $10 or 40 trips an additional $5 (40 trips $15) I'm a Platinum driver and the only difference if I was a Gold or Diamond driver is $5 more or less. Its a joke and shows how drivers are treated as a dime a dozen. Which is sad cuz I'm a 4.99 driver with times that I was a perfect 5.0 and they could careless about me. I liked driving for UBER but I'm ready to work for a company that actually appreciates me
