Sometimes, you gotta get back to basics and focus on the present. Starting my day off with a pooch, some coffee and a little meditation. Now, I’m ready for the week!! Trying to keep moving forward with purpose and not get bogged down in the feelings of a sometimes scary and confusing world. Today.... I’m just looking to find some peace.
