Hadn’t been to Olivomare @olivorestaurants for years and years, but had a work lunch there this week and ate this bewitchingly good bowl of Lorighittas with clams and bottarga. Lorighittas are a Sardinian pasta in the form of sturdy braided rings, like a baby’s bracelet or hair-ties. Exceptional. It felt like being by the sea.
