rebeccasinger82 I want Christina’s manager to speak to me, a hamper for the appalling treatment I received as a cancer survivor at 27! She is the worst manager and refused to have the manager speak to me and offered me biscuits - when she said - ‘what would you like’ I said ‘ my overnight stay and a harrods visit again’ she said no! Then I said the Dior Prive perfume and she said no - biscuits only. On behalf of all the managers! What a terrible discriminatory company! Biscuits for terrible service from a luxury customer service store and she would not even allow me to email or speak to a higher manager. She is wrong, Harrods is wrong and now this goes to the media, how they treat Cancer survivor customers and they refuse managers to speak to customers with this sort of complaint! It is unlawful discriminatory conduct and no acknowledgement acknowledgement of my disabilities illness and no duty of care when they knew about my illness and disabilities in the store. They acted wrongfully toward me!

rebeccasinger82 And management refuse to speak to me - high management- do not believe cancer survivor being discriminated in their and by their store is unlawful and requires damages to make up for the amount of duress they caused me, my whole treat and night away spoiled! I ask for this as damages she says biscuits, I then ask for a Dior Prive perfume she says no also. So £50 is all a cancer survivor being discriminated against is Harrods willing to pay her for what duress and unprofessional discriminatory behaviour its staff provided me with? Appalling! Think of the media in this and the case. I am appalled and so upset. I am sick. Harrods is appalling and Managers refuse to take any serious calls themselves and refuse damages that cover such discriminatory behaviour by the company and its Staff and the duress it has caused!
