thelowly_ I placed an order from June 30, you deducted the amount from me and on July 2nd i have received an email that the item is out of stock (how come after i have paid already) and all the websites worldwide is being updated automatically. But “Harrods” website does not update! As stated in the email that i’ll get refund within 7-10 working days. This period passed and i have reached out your instagram account and replied to me and as if they looked after my case and they again claimed for a refund from 13th of July and yet i did not received anything! Thats very strange, lower profile department stores solve this issue in less than a week and you guys are taking forever!
