I am really passionate about using #cleaningredients, and while that started with eating cleaner, my interest grew to beauty, home and more.
When switching over to natural products, deodorant can be one of the most difficult, yet one of the most important. Many over the counter deodorants contain chemicals that could cause hormone disruption, allergies, cancer and more. Placing these chemicals directly on your armpit allows them to enter directly into your bloodstream and lymphatic system without filter 😳. Look for all natural deodorants that are free from fragrances, parabens and phthalates. You may have to play around with them a bit to find the brand that works for you.

I don’t know if anyone has suggested this yet but I highly recommend buying a mineral salt deodorant stone. You can find it at Sprouts and Whole Foods may sell it as well. It took me a couple weeks to get used to but I’ve been using it for years now and I absolutely love it! I used to switch deodorants every time i needed a new one trying to find something that wouldn’t make me smell an hour after putting it on. Also, I was gifted a @koparibeauty deodorant at an event I attended and i do love the way that one smells and feels. I use it on occasion but I still have to put the salt stone first!

I use Jason’s Nourishing Apricot Stick that is available at organic/health food store like thE Big Carrot, The Wholesome in the Beaches In Toronto or TJX stores.
No aluminum, parabens, phthalates etc.
Very satisfied with this product & the healthy ingredients in it!
Very effective without any toxic ingredients/just high quality natural ingredients!!!!

I’ve tried a few “safer” deodorants. Native worked for a while; however, it started irritating my skin and stopped working after a couple of months. I tried Young Living but that didn’t work. I’m currently using Crystal Unscented and it has been working well for me.
