Different proofers, different kitchens, and different times. One beautiful croissant is simple - to get them all perfect and consistent day after day is a life long challenge. #🥐

Perfection! I took a croissant making class in Paris @lefoodist so I understand just how amazing this is! I’ve tasted yours and it literally brought tears to my eyes it was sooo good and authentic. I’ll be back in NYC in a few weeks and you’ll be my first stop! ❤️🥐❤️
