Tomorrow, we transform our entire pastry case in Soho into Summer Marché for just one week (Mon 7/22-Sun 7/28), our very own farmers market fruit stand full of 11 different summer fruit tarts. Think: Maradol papayas, Champagne mangoes, golden pineapples from Costa Rica, Harry’s Berries strawberries from southern California, fresh rambutans, pink ombré-hues rosé raspberries, “Peach Pie” Donut peaches, red pluots from a 5th generation farm in Kingsburg, California, and more.
