Shame on you!!! I've been through hell because of you. I seriously had the worst experience with you. I've been talking to so many of your employees and not one single person helped me!! I've never been so frustrated angry and disappointed as I am from your terrible awful service. 2 names that I have is Jeff jedel12 which was the worst, didn't try to find any solution, he was so rude and disrespectful, and at the end he hang up on me. Shame on you for hiring this kind of employees. 2nd name is I believe Berta from corporate. It's had been a week and half and I'm still waiting for her "to get back to me"
Now I'm home without any furnitures because you lost my delivery and had to cancel and never got my money back! This is going to be all over social media!!!

Hey @ IKEAusa. Thanks for the crappy customer service. I’ve been a customer for over 30 years and I’m never shopping at your store again. I drove 45 miles to pick up 2 items, both of which turn out to be missing parts/defective. You don’t publish a customer service number so after calling 5 different numbers Where I was NEVER GIVEN THE OPTION TO TALK TO A LIVE PERSON, I finally got through to customer service. There a recording told me that because call volumes are too high, no one will be taking my call. Fuck you.

I’d like to say that I love your products very much but I love your service from the workers even more...on 7/15 my son and I made a grueling drive from NY to Florida (heat wave)...we were assisted by Norka at your Sunrise FL location who made sure that we had a bed to sleep on that night...this is customer service right here...please please give this woman some sort of recognition! She deserves it!

Guys, when is the problem with your customer service line fixed? It’s ridiculous that after going through the menu you hang up as you cannot manage the higher volumes at the moment.
I received a damaged item and would like it to be replaced and as I have something else being delivered on Friday I would like the shipments to be combined.

@ikeausa has the worst customer service!!!! I’ve been trying to get through via phone, IG, and email and I get no answer! Got home to put together my products and one of them was damaged in the box! And it’s not a simple take back to the store situation. I spent $600 and can’t get someone answer me back?

@ikeausa placed an order online over a month ago and nothing has arrived. Your customer service told me there had been a mistake and that it never shipped. I asked for reshipment and nothing has since happened. This is a joke. I want a refund but can’t get a hold of any real help to even get one!
