I have about $700 worth of purchases in my cart because I was tempted from an advertised coupon of $25 off... I spent hours picking out what I wanted for my new place and then the coupon wasn’t accepted although it has the link to the website right on the coupon... I call customer service and depending on your selection, if the “lines are busy” the phone will hang up on you. I finally hit the right selection to speak to someone who could not help with this coupon issue. He can’t help but can transfer me to the “resolutions department” which apparently is a hang up. Which is convenient... do you transfer all of your customers to resolutions and hang up so I don’t have the option of a survey after the call? What a terrible experience. I hate I wasted my time. It is over 6 hours to the closest store and i was even willing to spend 100.00 in shipping.. but when you abuse your advertising and then hang up on me more than once when I have a problem... well, I think you get the picture. Taking my business elsewhere. Oh and the “email us” function on the website is also a joke.. there’s no actual email available. Way to avoid all customer problems. It might take less effort to just address them. Just a thought.

@ikeausa I hope you answer my DM because I am one escalated client. After days on end and hours and hours of trying to get a hold of your CS team I finally did. They told me I could not return my furniture over the phone and I would have to drive and hour in a half to the Ikea in Miami to set up a pick up. So I did. THEY CAN NOT PICK UP RETURNS ANYMORE. This is completely unacceptable! Everyone I speak to tells me they can not help. I am LIVID!

@zeeatwi I just posted my terrible experience with their customer service! Their system is designed to hang up on you when you have a problem because the “lines are busy” ... waiting in the queue is a thing. They actually designed their system to hang up on customers. Never purchasing here again.

They have the worst customer service i have ever dealt with!! Omg how rude and unwelcoming they are. I had missing piece that i paid for in the order. They would never reply back neither on calls nor on email! Its a dont dont dont order online service to them!
