luz_buenos_aires Whatever you save they take it away with poor delivery. I made and order, they missed three big items. I am moving and I do not have the furniture. I call and they are too busy. Have to send an email in which I cannot even upload my receipt to even show them what I bought and what has been effectively deliver. I am extremely disappointed. First time I bough and I don’t even know how I am going to work this out. So if you are planning to move and save well try at least a company that effectively delivers you what u bought. ?

dev_m17 Never ever buying anything ikea ever again. Not even the food. They have no concern for their products or customers. Got a sofa delivered two days ago that was missing two crucial/huge pieces... have tried calling their customer support 6 times with no answer.
