I am so done with your customer service . No one has contacted me yet .. my 19month old got hurt and so did my husband cuz of your hazardous sleeper sofa ! And you guys dont care to get back to us . How irresponsible of you guys ! I already sent a dm with my details on your fb page but in vain.

I’ve been calling Ikea for two weeks. Seems as though they always have an “usually high call volume.” I don’t believe that anymore. I’m pretty convince it’s because they just don’t give a damn about customer service. I should have just lit a bunch of $20 bills on fire. Ikea sucks.

How am I supposed to get to the store? And why is the customer service so bad? I come from NY and they have great service to get you to the store and back. They had it all laid out on the website too. Here in Boston it is pretty awful.

IKEA, @dgibson120 and I placed a kitchen order with you. We’ve spent over 3k. Your shipping company is terrible. They were suppose to deliver our cabinets 3 different times and have yet to deliver setting us back 4+ weeks.
