Cuteness overload alert at yesterday’s new school openings in #Oaxaca #Mexico. 🥰 These angels (photo 1 & 2) will now have a disaster resilient kindergarten and primary school because of the tireless dedication of our incredible @allhandsandhearts #volunteers. 385 of them came from 42 countries and rebuilt 13 classrooms and an office room in 6 1/2 months under the Mexican heat with very high winds. We can’t say thank you enough to you and to our @allhandsandhearts outstanding staff for your love, selflessness and sweat. Without you, this wouldn’t have been possible! 🙏💜🙏(Photo 3) Thank you for bringing extra love & joy through the Oaxaca pineapple dance. So fun! 💃 (photo 4) Due to the earthquake damage, the school resorted to teaching in a hut of wood and aluminum sheets made by the students’ families.😔 (photo 5) Today all the students and teachers can enjoy 2 stunning & safe schools (photo 6) and build on the unconditional love which they experienced from volunteers who came for a week or the whole 6 1/2 months to build an even brighter future for them and their community. 🎉💜🎉 I’m so humbled and grateful for our #AllHandsAndHearts and @happyheartsmx family. 🙏💜 🧱 ✏️ 💜🙏#Selflessness #Togetherness #NewBeginnings #StrongerTogether #ResilientResponse
