lmerrick48 I love everything about my bag every product is perfect. Perfect colors Bronzed Rose I wasn't sure of but honey let me tell ya love it and everyone all friends and family loved my look. Eye shadow What's The Tea apply a little or alot mercy me makes your eyes pop. Red Earth Oil I love the way it makes my skin feel so smooth the Watermelon Hydrating Primer thought at first it wasn't gonna be for me tried it and now no one can take NO NO NO!!! Blending brush I've only used once but it was great got to get the hang of it . I be the happiest person right now because I have no complaints plus I don't like to but I will if I have too ?. hippesttotontheblock Hey ipsy! In picking out my August GB & GB+ items this morning with my GB+ I was given the option to buy some extra items for $5 or $16. It said this was good for 24 hours. My phone froze and then when I logged back into ipsy I didn’t get an option to buy any of those items. When I made my GB selection I was ready to pick items to buy and the same thing happened so I think it’s the app. Is there a way we can go back to the buy additional items screen? I did not select the option at the bottom that I wasn’t interested in buying any because I did want to buy ?

monali619 @ipsy i haven’t received my July’s GBP and I received the tracking number since July 7th looks like the box got lost, I have emailed you guys multiple times and still haven’t received a proper answer about this issue. I gonna have to ask for a refund on my July’s GBP and add-ons and cancel my subscription! So many great beauty boxes out there to stay with ipsy! Bye Felicia ???

thekat0711 My mom doesn't know computers so she has me go on the website to help her do her reviews. She forgot her password and the reset password link doesn't work. I tweeted you and you're always so quick to respond but no one has replied to me about this. My mom even missed out on choosing her first item because of this as we've been waiting for a response from you.

wut.tha.duk That's great. I've tried patiently waiting but I've gotten 0 shipping updates since it supposedly shipped on July 10. Everyone else in my neighborhood already got theirs.
