sarahbeaulieuu Helllllp ? my bag was shipped, and since Friday it says "out for delivery" but never updated since (and haven't recwived anything)... and now we are Tuesday and it says "Item has been returned and is enroute to the Sender" .... why?!!!?? I want my bag what is happening?!

rararamses @ipsy is there a way to opt out permanently from highlighters? I’ve liked the few I’ve been sent but don’t use them much and don’t want more. I have my info set as “rarely” but still get them often.
