Beginning with the cover artwork for Parade, the photographer Jeff Katz captured countless iconic images of Prince in the late 1980s and early '90s.
@jeffkatzphotography first met Prince when he was hired to be his personal photographer on the set of Under the Cherry Moon in 1985. He quickly became Prince's primary photographer, capturing the album artwork and promotional photography for Sign o' the Times, Lovesexy, Batman, Graffiti Bridge, and more.

highthereimtracey I just adored Prince. He was a wonderful creator, master musician, and briliiant singer. Every thing I ever read said off stage he was shy but very kind. I sure miss him. From time to time I watch Purple Rain just to see him again. 🌹❤️
