So with my new routine with my girls I’ve finally got them in bed for 7.30 ( loving life) love having my evenings to myself finally x nice that I can use this time to workout 💗 I am loving the hotshots workout on @iamtv.fit x I am not a fitness expert and have never claimed to be 😁 but I’m giving the workout a good go x it’s nice doing it at home at your own pace and not to feel intimidated by other people in a class or gym ect x I really would love to build a bum and have more shape so this workout has lots of squats, so this is why it was my choice. I try not not to put an healthy pressure on myself though as I want to be a healthy happy example to the girls 💗 take a look at the workouts on @iamtv.fit there’s actually something for everyone 💗 #ad
