Wow does time fly! 4 years ago I was warming up for the #anniversarygames at the #olympicstadium, competing to see if I was fit enough to go to the World Champs in Beijing - just a year after having Reggie. Tense times! I‘ll be commentating for the @bbc tomorrow - watch out for my stories!
