I could not agree more with all of these comments about the frustrations being experienced during the sale this year. My sister and I @mkashing are loyal Nordstrom cardholders. We have shopping this sale since high school and we have never had such a horrific experience. My sister has had to spend multiple days and countless hours on the phone trying to track down orders only to find that the orders were cancelled but that her bank account was still debited for them. The suggestion of your manager at the Roseville Galleria store was that she call her bank to dispute the charges?! Why is this her responsibility?! She is vacationing with her family in Hawaii and should not have to deal with your obvious errors. @nordstrom this is unacceptable and you need to make this right! ?

Dear Nordstrom,
I’ve been shopping your sale for years and years. Hands down this is the WORST. YEAR. EVER. I placed an order within the first 15 minutes of the sale. It took over a week to ship and 3/4 of my order was canceled! The items I purchased didn’t even go out of stock immediately. They were still available for a few days. Now of course they are sold out and you won’t price match if the items come back in stock after the sale. Pathetic. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. You need to get this figured out. And maybe stop allowing early-early access to all the bloggers. The sale was WAY better before social media. This sale was an absolute fail and cluster.??

😡Really disappointed with the Anniversary sale. I ordered a Red Halogen Wrap Dress and was excited to open my package today to find a pair of PINK Jeans that were not even close to my size. When I called to see what happened I was told I can return the jeans but I cant exchange bc they dont have my size in stock anymore. Now I have to go the extra step of returning this item bc I wont get a refund unless I return it. I am very disappointed! Why even send an item if you dont have it in stock! At least then I dont have to go out of my way to get money back for someone elses mistake!

This is the worst customer service I have ever had! Early Access and then cancelled. Order has been pending since last Saturday only to find out that Nordstrom has 3-10 days to ship or cancel. Then told yesterday that the items cancelled would restock but at 9:30 this morning they were not restocked online. I thought Nordstrom prided themselves on their customer service. They need to spend some money updating their systems as they are well aware of the increased volume during the sale. It’s should never be purchased and cancelled days later

Very frustrated with how you have handled this anniversary sale. You pushed it harder than ever through social influencers, ads and commercials. yet were totally and completely unprepared for it. As a card holder i placed a large order day 1 of the sale. Wasn’t notified till a full 7 days later that you cancelled the order because you order sold. Would have shopped replacement options asap had i been notified in a timely manner. Customer service has been horrible with this offering “bandaid” solutions that fix nothing.

Just closed my account today just because I was asking for help to reset my password since I couldn’t log in but I was told I sound suspicious I’ve been shopping a lot in this store and I even ask for help the last time I shopped but they didn’t even offer to help to figure it out How I can fix my account so I’ll be able to log in . I spent more than 1,000 dollars and this is what I get fucking ridiculous customer service. well anyways fuck you very much for treating me like that. Fucknorsdtrom rack!
