[BIHAKUEN]UVシールド(UVShield)

the_alphalion October 8th. That day has significance for me too. Last Oct 8th, I tore my rotator cuff, bicep tendon and pec while inclining and training for my 1st show. Surgery and 3 months of no movement of my arm followed. Now? Now I'm training to finish my goal of doing my 1st contest at the age of 47. The very same show inwas training for. Your techniques and drive and "never say quit" attitude inspires me Phil. So thank you Champ! And I will compete this year.. And I'm not coming for anything less than number 1!!

xnd_rew Mr Phil, do u aggree that most of cybex machines feels more great compared to others brand of gym machines?
