Enjoying my 7th appearance in 8 days here in the UK with some awesome hardcore bodybuilding fans at @powerzone_gym today. I fueled up on @philheathlabs #DreamKiller, #Intraguard and trained shoulders, I decided to let a gym member join in on this workout and boy did we have a great time! Over 35 sets of 8 different exercises all within an hour! What really made this day special along with all of the days on this tour is that I have made sure that every person attending this tour gets to know the real Phil Heath and I can say thank you for everyone allowing me to stay within a safe yet vulnerable place to share not only training tips, but also my perspectives and ideologies about creating a champion version of self. One more day to go so I’ve gotta get some rest and meet some more awesome and passionate fans.

tapeshkasana Phil please tell the audience about the way you plan your workouts in such a constructive way that you woud hardly face injury in future. And the healthy therapies you take. Only being a champion is not enough but even the after effect of bodybuilding matters too. People just wanna going size while depleting their body from inside. And i believe you are the perfect role model in taking good care of your health. Winning matter but winning life matters more. And your the smartest in the game. Coz ur healthy

habibxxhabib It really isnt easy to get to this size and then maintain it. Shawn rhoden can train 5 years on and just barely have the size of his arms.minus the aesthetics that he has around his waist to shoulder ratio. But he will not be able to maintain the size of those arms and shoulders/traps like Phill has since pre 2010 to almost 2020 *over 10 years*
