Chipping away 5km at a time!! I started tackling my goal on June 1st

#GOAL: Run 5km (3.1 MI), 3 days a week for 90 days!!!

Today marked 105km (65 mi), I'm roughly halfway there & you know what the best part is?? I DO NOT like running. #FACT

Yep, but I LOVE crushing goals. I purposely picked something I wasn't stoked to do every day bc the reward is that much sweeter.

I honestly feel so amazing and I do look forward to running now, which is so weird for me.

This goal is for ME, it's too easy to lose sight of our goals and ourSELVES in this ever demanding world.

I hope you are encouraged to set goals and crush them. 5km may not be a lot but 105 certainly is. Slow and steady wins the race. Do it for YOU!!

Question , why do you keep hating on @thenotoriousmma saying he isn’t championship material or saying he won’t fight for a couple years . The man changed the sport and he gets zero respect from you or others , he lost to khabib by submission in the 4th round , a lot of fellas don’t make it past round 1 , Conor will be back in the next 6 months a different animal @thenotoriousmma

Too much running. The body becomes catabolic after long runs past a few miles. Unless your eating enough protein to compensate. Run sprints, on an incline at progressive levels for 12-15 minutes. 20 minutes at most. Burn fat and increase cardio that way. Maintaining muscle mass results in longevity.

Hey mama. Great job! I just found out that running trails is the next level, and it's better on your joints. And better for building those butt muscles and stuff that you like. If you run trails, post it for me. I believe in you! @mieshatate

Yay!! I’m telling you, once you get started and you see the progress, you’re not going to stop. I was the same way.... the plan was to be a 5k runner. Now I’m signing up for half marathons and full marathons ? It addicting. Keep it up!!!
