Two out of three loves. 💖💙. Darcy’s here too but she’s in a bikini so no insta snaps.

It’s weirdly hard adjusting to a slower pace of life. I’m so conditioned to work through daily to-do lists and to keep to a schedule/admin tasks/being places/school times yadda yadda. Brains are weird af. You spend your whole life thinking, ‘ooohh it’s a bit much’, then take yourself on holiday to chill out and your brain goes, ‘nahhh’ 😂
.
Aside from my brain battle (I sound so neurotic), I’m having suuucchh a nice time. The best thing is being in full mum mode and spending really quality time with the girlies. We’re on the north of Corfu island so any suggestions of things to do would be very welcome!! 👧🏼👶🏼🏝☀️💖 #LPMumLife

Just read tha the group that puts on The ABBA Show is heading to Corfu as they have finished the Canadian leg of their tour. I'm not sure if they are performing or on break, but if performing you should try to catch the show. We saw it here in Thunder Bay On Canada and really enjoyed it. They are a fun bunch and the show is interactive with the audiences. Who doesn't love ABBA! I grew up listening g to their music but our daughter who is about your age Louise loves it as well. If you haven't heard it before you should check out their song Slipping through my Fingers. Brings a tear to my eye every time I hear it. So true! ❤️ Enjoy the rest of your Vaca!

I’ve been teaching for two years and during the school year there are endlesssss to-dos all day long. When we get a break, like now that i’m on summer, it takes a good 2 weeks or so for me to get used to the pace. And even now I still get caught up in needed to feel like i’ve done a few things to feel productive. My brain craves the feeling of checking something off the list! So long story short, you don’t sound neurotic. I think it’s totally natural! (unless i’m neurotic too ?)

So as has been said Corfu town is a must. There’s a little tourist train the kids might enjoy you don’t go far and you don’t see much but it’s cute and kills half an hour lol! There’s a great hoho bus which is much better but not sure if the kids will like? Lots of lovely places to eat but a great pizza place - they do other stuff too - is restaurant paradosiakon - it’s near the harbour and in a hustle bustle back street full of local life!! @paradosiakoncorfu

Hire a boat from the next town down san stafanos and then go along the coast nosey along and stalk the Rothchilds villa, also pop along the Kerasia Taverna. You will need your beach shoes to get in and out the sea in Kerasia bay beach.
Also go to the supermarket on the left hand side just outside Kassiopi going towards san stafanos, it has parking just off the road, the taramasalata, aubergine dip and zatzikki is absolutely gorgeous!

If you go over to Agios Georgios north it's amazing such a beautiful bay and they have water sports too, also if you can drive up to the panorama in afionas you'll never have seen anywhere so majestic in your life .... go for a meal at sunset it's one of my favourite places on earth and I'll be there Monday night!! I'm so enthusiastic about it, you would absolutely not regret that visit !

I love the no bikini pics rule for children. Nowadays we gotta be so careful I don't even put hashtags when I post pics with my little sister as I don't want anyone random looking at them of course I get the internet and we never 100% safe however I think it's good to make the odds lower
