I like my Powertec equipment at home but I wish these ads would show you really training on it. You are always just demonstrating a movement with minimal weight. If you did a real training session on this equipment it would sell it so much better.

Started incorporating uni lateral movements into my workouts and I can definitely tell a difference in symmetry ??
