Personally, success and my closest people motivate me. Motivation can be temporarily. One day you wake up motivated to do something the next day not and thats normal. When we have it, everything is "easy". Almost everyone would go to the gym when motivated, almost everyone would be pumped to work in order to achieve their goals when motivated. I think what motivates somebody is not the most important. Neither how to get motivated, by the way I dont even have an answer for that question. In my opinion the most important is what are you going to the when motivation goes away. Are you ready to grab toward your goals when you would rather lay on the couch and not do anything. I think those are the situations when you can make a difference to others. Whether we talk about sports, businness etc. Everybody is ready to invest some effort in something when motivated and can clearly see the goal. The point is to the the same when motivation dissapears and your goals get blurred. If you truly want to achieve something and really want it, motivation will come back, maybe after 3 days, 7 days or a month, but it will come back.
