Thought my climbing can't get much worse than in Villars but obviously it can.
No idea how I could get my by far worst worldcup results within a week.
The reason why I'm not climbing well right now is mostly not my shape but my head.
If you think you are not good enough you also won't be. Definitely have to start believing in myself and my climbing again.
That's why I decided to skip the worldcup in Briancon next week.
It wasn't an easy decision but I think it's the best for me to go back home and concentrate on training and myself for a while. Doesn't make sense to compete in a 3rd comp I'm physically and mentally not ready for.
It breaks my heard not having a chance to qualify for world championships anymore as I just would have loved to be a part of this amazing event in Hachioji.
But trying to get the good feeling and fun while climbing back and being happy with myself needs to have priority now...
Hope to be back at the worldcup in Kranj in full strength and a strong mind🙈💪
