rickwannomae @cindynamahoe I agree 1000% Been a loyal Hawaiian air customer for over 35 years. They said my miles expired +60,000 by a few weeks but I can buy them back for 600.00? Even though I was told that because I have a Hawaiian air CC and as long as I was making payments it would remain active. So disappointed and sad that what they say about customers treated like Ohana is really not true. The old Hawaiian air was family for me when I had to go home to bury my grandmother's (both times). They helped get me last minute flights at discounted prices. That was the old Hawaiian air, now we are just customers......such a shame......

cindynamahoe It’s too bad your customer service is nil nowadays! Have flown with Hawaiian since 1973 and am getting nothing but the runaround on a flight I booked last@month for September which apparently has been cancelled! Who cancels a flight 3 months in advance? And only on that day and that flight! I specifically book in advance so I get good rates and seats and now have no idea what is happening! And we are not talking about a short inter-island flight - this is HNL to SFO. So so so disappointed with Hawaiian Air right now!

elitestyx @hawaiianairlines how bout you reach out to her and show some customer service? And then follow it up by contacting me about the abomination of a screwing we got in more than 1 Hawaiin airlines flight today as I’m now@paying an extra $750 to lay over on another Island with no luggage and no clothes for tomorrow.
