mizztreece I will ABSOLUTELY NEVER SHOP with ULTA AGAIN!!! The customer service I received was TERRIBLE!!!!! I been waiting for a package for over a month I have been giving the run round and was told that I have to wait until it’s return then have to pay full price for the item after using a coupon that was well deserved!!!! No one could give me cooperate number I was told by customer service go on website look it up.... Never ever again will I spend money here and I been shopping with Ulta for years. Everytime I have order something it goes wrong I want to file a complaint and I definitely will be tweeting about this situation again @ultabeauty @ultabeauty Shame on you all who you hire as supervisor with terrible customer service!!!!

rxgal82 @ultabeauty I am just about to cancel my store card and never step foot in an ULTA again! The store in @ultabeauty_davie is a mess! Some rows are filthy with swatched makeup on the shelves, misplaced product everywhere, empty perfume tester ( several different perfumes,actually)empty product testers at the Lancome row, just a mess. This is the store closest to me as I live a 2 minute drive away. This store needs to shape up because I can easily just take my business elsewhere, perhaps @sephora?

hellotashakitty @curlsmith_official @ultabeauty I reached out to customer service for Ulta, because the email is legitimate and advertising for the hair sale that your 32 oz. bottle is 29.99. Only reason I even went to the website was because in the email is shows the bottle and even lists the name. I got no answers from customer service so they said a rep would call me...but to tell me what?

kathiesbeauty Hey @ultabeauty there’s 2 palettes that I want to get from makeup revolution that juss came out but I don’t want to pay for shipping. Do you know when they be in the actually store( my ulta store is small so they sometimes don’t get everything other ulta would, it’s annoying ?)

mizztreece @pobear02 I was sooooo disappointed I have never been treated the way I was treated after purchasing an Item the lack of customer service and doing right by the customer after dropping the ball twice was very disappointing ??‍♀️????

erikadifferttt @ultabeauty shipped my package to the wrong address and they refuse to give us our money back or send the stuff to the RIGHT address. This is why Sephora is better. Stop shopping Ulta online, y’all. They don’t care about customers.
