Tom Hanks and Robert Loggia in the classic keyboard scene from Big (1988). “It was exhausting,” Hanks said. “We rehearsed until we dropped. Robert Loggia plays three sets of tennis every day, so he was in shape for it. It was like jumping rope for three and a half hours every time we did the scene. It was really hard work.“

jinger.2014 @melissajoanhart his mama lives/lived in the town I grew up in. Norther California-Red Bluff. From what I heard he also donated money to save the State Theater there marking it as a historical site. I’ve never met him, but I want to believe he is an amazing human.

joymd1974 Love this scene!!! They used my parents’ house as Josh’s home and my school for the stickball scene so we met Tom Hanks Penny Marshall Jared Rushton David Moscow etc. They were all so nice! Hope you get to meet Tom someday! It’s my all time fave movie! ?

hoichiman I love this movie.This is one of the greatest,most iconic,coolest and the most memorable scenes in movie history.I was like 7 years old when Big got released at the movie theaters,classic film.Happy Birthday to Tom Hanks.

doctorestela I met him years ago working as an extra in From the Earth to the Moon. He was soooooo great. It was fun be we were in very uncomfortable costumes, he took care of us.
