@shaunt I started intermittent fasting to try and kickstart my weight-loss and fitness journey! I'm doing a 16:8 schedule because of my work schedule I sometimes don't get to have dinner until 9pm so I eat from 2pm-10pm only. ?????? Also I'm currently doing Shaun Week (for the second time???♀️??)!! And it's AMAZING ?
