Comfort Food p180 | Vongole!! Such a brilliantly simple pasta that celebrates the juice and flavour of clams that hits the spot, every time!! I've given it a twist by using rose instead of white wine to give it a beautiful blush.

aylafoers I have made this recipe several times. It's truly the best. Love it with rosé wine! @jamieoliver do you have any tips for making sure all of the sand is out of the clams? A few times I think the clams were a little sandy for the fish market!
